RV10P – Ridge Vent

Overview

The VENT Ridge Vent is designed to release warm air from the roof void using the natural convection of rising warm air or by means of negative pressure created by wind blowing over the roof. The RV10P has an adhesive and flexible aluminium flashing which is designed to form to roofing profiles and prevent water ingress on any pitch roof. The RV10P form part of a passive ventilation system that works year round with no moving parts or energy consumption.

The RV10P is designed to be compatible with roof cladding profiles with a trough depth of <34mm.

The aluminium soft edge should be notched or snipped as required to suit the roofing profile. Notching or snipping is always required on Deep trough or trapezoidal roofing profiles.

For roof cladding with a trough depth of 34mm to 48mm, use RV10DT.

Applications

• Between 17mm and 25mm contact with the trough is required, depending on the cladding profile.
• Minimum working temperatures to dress down the soft edge flashing is 5°C. Primer or heat gun is recommended below 5°C.
• Additional fixing screw lengths is required to accommodate 20mm thickness of the RV10P.

Returns Policy

We are more than happy to accept returns on Vent products, providing the following:

• Vent products may only be returned within 3 months from initial purchase date
• Vent products can only be returned in full, undamaged cartons, in a resalable condition.
• Any products returned, return freight is at the cost of the customer, and the original freight is to be invoiced to the customer.
• Return must be handled by the original purchasing store.

Once we have received the returned item and confirmed it is in a resalable state, we will credit the item.

Please make sure a credit and return request is sent to our team and acknowledged by us before proceeding with sending the items back.
